TagHatch ("we", "us", "our") operates taghatch.com and its tools. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

No Accounts

TagHatch does not have a user account system. You do not need to register or log in to use our free tools.

Data Sent to Third-Party AI

When you use the Etsy Tag Generator, the product description text you enter is sent to DeepSeek's API to generate tags. We do not store this text on our servers. Please do not enter personally identifiable information in the description field.

License Keys and Email

If you purchase a paid plan, your email address is used as your license key and is stored in Cloudflare KV (key-value storage) to verify your subscription status. This is the only personal data we persistently store. We do not use this email for marketing.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (page views, countries, browsers). Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not track individual users or build advertising profiles.

Payments

Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), who acts as the merchant of record. We do not receive or store your credit card number or payment details. All payment data is handled directly by Creem under their own privacy policy.

Cookies

We do not set tracking cookies. Your browser's localStorage may store your license key locally so you do not need to re-enter it on each visit. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers except when verifying your license.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
