By using taghatch.com and its tools ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before using the Service.

Service Description

TagHatch provides AI-powered SEO micro tools for creators and sellers. Our current offering is the Etsy Tag Generator, which generates 13 SEO-optimized Etsy tags from a product description using an AI language model.

Free Tier

The free tier allows up to 3 tag generations per day without a paid plan or account. No registration is required. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.

Paid Plans and Pricing

Paid plans unlock unlimited single generations and bulk CSV processing.

• Pro Monthly: $4.90 per month — unlimited generations + bulk CSV
• Pro Lifetime: $19 one-time — unlimited generations + bulk CSV, forever

Prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io). After purchase, your email address serves as your license key — enter it in the license key field on the tool page to unlock your plan.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us at support@taghatch.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent daily rate limits through technical means
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or spam
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our permission
• Reverse-engineer or scrape our API endpoints at scale

No Affiliation with Etsy

TagHatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. We reference it solely to describe the platform our tool is designed to support.

Service Provided As-Is

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated tags will improve search rankings or sales. Results may vary. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TagHatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
